Salon Policy

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUND ON SALON SERVICES.
Our stylists pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. They are all professional, educated and experienced and will provide you with the best hair care service possible.

However, if you are not satisfied with the results of any salon service, please let your stylist know before leaving the salon. We offer a one-time adjustment at no additional charge within 7 business days of service with the same stylist. We require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.

Children's Policy

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OF A CHILD IF LEFT UNSUPERVISED.
For safety reasons, children are NOT allowed in the salon area unless they are receiving a hair service. Children and babies in strollers are NOT allowed to join the parent on the salon floor during the parent's service. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 at all times. Children may not be left alone in the gift area at any time. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to you visit. Your support and understanding of our policy regarding your child's safety is greatly appreciated.
